About RápidoEmpleo

RápidoEmpleo is a free, bilingual (Spanish and English) job search site that brings together openings from six job boards in one place, refreshed automatically every 12 hours. No sign-up, no fees, no personal data required.

Why it exists

Job hunting today means repeating the same search across half a dozen boards, each with its own filters, its own mandatory sign-up and its own expired listings that nobody takes down. RápidoEmpleo does that work once: it collects the listings, normalises them into a single format — country, category, seniority, work mode, salary — and lets you filter across the whole set. Every listing links to its original posting, which is where you apply.

Who's behind it

It's an independent project with no investors and no sales team, built and maintained byLuis Bone, a software developer. He also writes the blog guides and maintains the ingestion system and the salary calculations behind the market pages.

How it pays for itself

The site is and will remain free for job seekers. It's funded by advertising and by referral fees from the partner boards when we send a candidate to their site. That doesn't change what you see: result ordering depends on your filters and the posting date, never on what a source pays. We don't sell featured placements and we don't accept paid job ads from employers.

Our commitments

  • No sign-up. The whole site works without creating an account or leaving an email address.
  • No CV harvesting. We don't request, store or resell candidate data.
  • Credit to the source. Every listing states where it came from and links to the original ad; we never present third-party content as our own.
  • Data explained. How we collect listings and calculate median salaries — limitations included — is documented in our methodology.
  • Expired listings out. An opening that hasn't appeared in any source for 30 days stops showing in search.
