Luis Bone
Software developer and founder of RápidoEmpleo
Luis Bone is a software developer and built RápidoEmpleo to solve a problem he ran into himself: job hunting means repeating the same search across half a dozen boards, each with its own filters, its own sign-up and its own expired listings.
He maintains the system that collects listings from six job sources every day and normalises them — country, category, seniority, work mode and salary — into a single database. The percentages and median salaries in these guides come from that database, not from third-party estimates: it is the same data he consults to write.
He is also the creator of FluentIA, an AI-powered job interview practice app available on the App Store and Google Play.
